How it works.

Brand Immersion
We start with the Pilot Month. I collect your existing assets, organize your file library, document your visual standards, and get integrated into your tools — Slack, Notion, whatever you use. By the end of week four, I know your brand better than most of your employees do.

You drop requests, I execute
Once we're live, you submit design tasks to a shared queue. I work through them in priority order with ~24–72 hour turnaround on standard requests. No quotes, no back-and-forth on scope. Just fast, on-brand output.

Monthly rhythm
A short sync at the start of each month (or week depending on tier) to align on priorities. A brief recap at the end showing what we shipped. Predictable billing on the first of the month. No invoice surprises.

Frequently asked questions.

What kinds of work does this cover?
Brand identity, environmental signage, pitch decks, sales collateral, trade show graphics, social templates, print materials, digital assets, and presentation design. If it's visual, it's in scope.

What if I don't have enough work to fill a month?
Most clients are surprised by how much demand surfaces once the friction of quoting disappears. And if it's a slow month, that's the month we use to organize your asset library, build out templates, and get ahead.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. A 30-day notice is required to cancel. No long-term contracts, no penalties. The goal is a partnership worth keeping, not one you're locked into.
